Retroactive Books provides bookkeeping cleanup, reconciliation, and historical financial reporting services based solely on records provided by the client.

We do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, audit, review, assurance, legal, or financial advisory services unless expressly agreed to in writing.

All reports and materials are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed CPA, attorney, or financial professional.

You are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate financial records
• Reviewing completed reports promptly
• Notifying us of any known errors or omissions
   

Retroactive Books is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information provided by the client.

Reports prepared by Retroactive Books are intended for your internal use and for sharing with your CPA, lender, or advisor. You may not resell or redistribute reports as a commercial product without written permission.

Fees are agreed upon in advance and may be presented in a fee schedule, proposal, or engagement letter. Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, will be communicated prior to work beginning.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retroactive Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We treat all client information as confidential and take reasonable steps to safeguard it. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site may not be copied or reused without permission.
